Mr. Ryan Willan is the Founder and CEO of Business Enhancements and Trainings (BEAT) LLC. Ryan's career has taken him through service in the US Air Force for 4 years at the USAF Academy which included an education in Physics, then serving 4 more years in Power Production. After completing his commitment to the USAF, he entered the Data Center Industry in 2012 with various companies like Schneider Electric, Amazon Web Services, and the US Social Security Administration in progressing roles from facility engineering to facility maintenance management, and culminating in his discovered passion: training development and management. After finishing a BS in Computational Sciences from Liberty University in 2017 and a PMP in 2018, he continued working in the training industry with government contracts for the FAA, NASA, and the US Navy. His most recent role has been as Contractor Training Program Manager for Johnstone Supply. He started BEAT in 2022 (see the Examples tab for some ideas of projects that BEAT has accomplished, lately). As his varied background suggests, he's gathered immense breadth of knowledge for various industries and business methodologies. Justin Hornbaker is the media lead for Business Enhancements and Trainings (BEAT) LLC. Justin grew up immersed in different aspects of the arts—painting, print, design, photography, and more—by the influence of his family and his own interests. After completing a degree in graphic arts and media, he worked in many different fields such as designing layouts for screen printing, for booklet and poster design, for websites and social media, and, in addition, doing photography for businesses and his local community. He also worked in the virtual design and marketing field for several years with companies such as RFA Engineering, Caterpillar, Solar Turbines, and more. Recently, he is developing his skills in video and motion editing while learning to film and photograph with aerial drones. Justin formulated not only a passion for creating art and media, but also for communicating the gospel of his Savior, Jesus Christ. He spent time in LA getting his Master of Divinity and, while there, attained skills in writing, editing, and publishing. He seeks to do art and design in business and ministry to the glory of God.
