How To Transform
Initializing Meeting
First, we want to get to know you and understand what you're looking to enhance. During this meeting, we'll get a rough idea of what pain points you might have, and you'll get a better idea of how we can help. This meeting is free of charge!
Main Program Consultation
In this meeting, we'll seek to build a custom menu for you as we identify areas that need development and assign them as projects. Once we identify which areas BEAT can help you develop, we'll sign a contract to begin the first project and your transformation! If you'd rather move on with the menu in hand without BEAT, you'll only pay a small meeting fee for this; otherwise, that goes toward your first project budget!
Agile Development
As we start projects, we prefer to work in an agile methodology (iterative passes to come up with the best solution without wasting too much time in planning). As an example, let's look at a training development:
First, we meet to initialize the project and get a direction for our first draft.
Then we develop a rough solution that could be implemented if necessary, but we expect it to only be a "60% solution".
After gathering your feedback on this, we'll move onto a 2nd draft that should be very close to a final product if not your preferred final product.
If there are still a few kinks left, we'll have one more feedback session and everything golden on the third draft.
Last, we'll follow-up with lessons learned and a discussion of possible follow-on projects.
